Job Description Summary:
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) is responsible for working with Rocket’s strategic partners around the world to develop key marketing programs that drive new business. In this role, the Sr. PMM will not only design and execute marketing campaigns working closely with sales and other marketing teams within Rocket, and partner teams but also will be responsible for defining and/or acquiring partner community support for key Rocket initiatives and conferences. This role is critical in helping to develop and maximize the Rocket’s partner ecosystem to its fullest potential, particularly with hyperscalers such as AWS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners and internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans
- Understand partner programs and develop strong relationships with key partners, such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Be responsible for shared marketing and partner sales objectives (ex. pipeline and revenue contribution, joint customer stories, etc.)
- Effectively design and execute campaigns working with a global marketing team (email, creative, digital, social media, events, and web channels)
- Work closely with partner sales organization to influence campaigns and new initiatives
- Leverage strategic partners in supporting key Rocket initiatives and sales plays
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in B2B channel sales, enablement, or marketing role in global enterprise high-tech or software industry
- Experience with enterprise software products and solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills including to senior sales leaders, partners and customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities/strong project management skills
- Working knowledge/exposure to marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo
- Ability to work US ET schedule

The base salary range for this role is $95,800.00 - $119,700.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
