This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a dynamic Senior Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing service provider relationships and executing marketing activities across the region. This individual will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities and marketing campaigns with 2-3 of the top service providers in Germany (including Vodafone). This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with propositions, sales and marketing functions -  among others. 

This is a role for someone with exceptional collaboration skills across different stakeholders - both internally and externally. You’ll need to develop deep relationships with external marketing teams, manage timely deliverables with strong communication, and showcase marketing leadership that can support our sales strategy within the region.
This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.
 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Demand Generation — Help identify and grow marketing pipeline for service provider products through quarterly demand generation campaigns (webinars, collateral, field events, digital marketing, and sales outreach. Inspire GSP marketing teams with targetted campaigns, and see its execution from end to end. 

  • Marketing Enablement –  Allocate marketing development funds and maintain responsibility to justify return on investments. Work with partners to understand their marketing needs and galvanize their marketing efforts to promote RingCentral’s portfolio. 

  • Marketing Planning - Drive marketing commitments from our partners through detailed marketing plans that deliver tangible returns in lead and opportunity generation.

  • Product Release and Launches – Work with RingCentral product and sales teams to adapt quarterly feature updates and launch new solutions 

  • Content Marketing - Create marketing enablement decks and other product marketing collaterals to build awareness in the country with/ through partners.

  • Carrier Relationship Management – Build strong working relationships with our partners across segments. Build influence and win mindshare with key marketing stakeholders. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of marketing experience or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent level of both German and English language

  • Demonstrated knowledge of telecoms or cloud technology market

  • Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services

  • Experience working cross-functionally within partner marketing

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation and project management capability

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution

  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while working remotely 

  • Ability to work independently as a self starter and operate within a virtual team.

  • Understanding of marketing programs and how companies work with Channels and Global Service Provider networks.

  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center solutions (CCaaS), and telecom experience.

Skills Required

  • Demand generation experience (webinars, collateral, field events, digital marketing)
