This is a hybrid role based out of our Rijswijk office
This role holder is responsible for developing and managing key alliance partnerships and programmes with several of our top strategic partnerships. 
The focus will be on managing performance across a group of vendors, collaborating with other partner leads, product managers, sales and marketing, to ensure revenue growth and profitability, expanding market reach, and enhancing our cybersecurity offerings through strong partner management. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Business planning process with all aligned partnerships 
  • Creation of a “Co-Sell” motion between NCC Group Sellers and the focused alliance partners 
  • Execution of lead generation campaigns with NCC Group Marketing team, sales and product teams 
  • Monitor and measure the performance of partner management (including MDF and rebates), identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes 
  • Relationship development to increase top of funnel activities with the alliance partner ecosystem 
  • Working across NCC Group to develop and deliver training programs to enhance partner knowledge and expertise in our products and services 
  • Agree success factors for the incubation of trial vendors in collaboration with product and partner managers 
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, outlining the impact of partnership


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful vendor strategies 
  • Experience in the technology industry 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
