The Role

As our Partner Management Manager, you'll be a key driver of SumUp's revenue growth by strategically managing our largest partnerships, particularly POS integrations. You'll develop and execute growth strategies for your portfolio by cultivating strong, long-term relationships, conducting in-depth performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute impactful partnership initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of the complete partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term growth.
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic roadmaps and impactful programs focused on partner retention and revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify and execute strategies to upsell new SumUp products to existing partners, maximizing their market penetration and our revenue.
  • Collaborate with partners to create compelling case studies that showcase successful integrations and their tangible results.
  • Facilitate a strong internal feedback loop with the team, leadership, and Product & Engineering to influence product development based on partner insights.
  • Provide valuable mentorship and guidance to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

You'll be great for this position if 

  • You have Commercial background with proven experience in business development/ partner management and driving growth of existing business, with a focus on ISVs and API integrations
  • You have industry knowledge of POS Market and Fintech Experience
  • You have strong technical acumen and ability to understand and communicate technical product features
  • You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • You are results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
