Index Exchange is seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Development Manager Streaming TV (STV) to join our growing, collaborative team! This role will focus on growing revenue for our Streaming TV media owners via our real-time programmatic exchange. The Senior Partner Development Manager will work closely across our entire Partner Services team to implement systems and provide excellent customer service to our partners.

It is the Senior Partner Development Manager's job to ensure that Index exceeds our publishers’ expectations by optimizing their current setup and identifying areas of growth. The ability to work independently and to be responsible, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated is a must. You will use your knowledge and your understanding of Index's offering to position complex, innovative, real-time media trading solutions as simple, accessible and easy to understand. As an advocate for streaming media owners, you will track, resolve and/or escalate client issues while communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally to contribute to the culture of learning and growth at Index. As you develop your expertise we’ll look to you to participate in regular knowledge share sessions with the team to both teach and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.

What we’re looking for:
  • Strategic: As you learn about our business, we’ll look to you to identify actionable insights and new opportunities for our partners to increase revenue and drive greater marketplace demand
  • Curious and Innovative: You are always thinking of ways to better streamline a product or process with the mindset of implementing these solutions at scale, especially when it comes to the STV landscape
  • Collaborative: You’ll need to work cross-functionally with other Index Exchange Sell-Side and Product teams to implement operational strategies, create feedback/insight/reports and document new processes to help improve the partner experience

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Manage and develop client relationships for Index’s North American STV clients through the full life-cycle of the account — onboarding, client UI walk-throughs, ongoing relationships & yield management achieved via 1:1 engagements and communication with clients
  • Identify areas for automation of internal processes and communication to better serve media owners at scale
  • Identify actionable insights and new revenue opportunities for our partners to increase revenue and drive greater marketplace demand across the full publisher portfolio and execute optimization suggestions through communication with clients
  • Perform operational tasks including, Streaming TV campaign management, daily performance monitoring and optimization
  • Drive Index product adoption and upsells through a deep understanding of client needs and product knowledge, while being the day-to-day contact for our media owner partners and point person for all client discussions
  • Utilize Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure all account information is accurate and up to date
  • Track, resolve and/or escalate client issues while communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance

Here's what you need:
  • Goal oriented approach to your clients — you are constantly seeking an opportunity to add value, build relationships, and deliver actionable insights that grow revenue for your clients
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a business, marketing, communications or technology related field
  • A proficiency for data-driven decision making and an educational pedigree which illustrates it
  • Ability to think like an analyst- collecting, review and gleaning insights
  • Knowledge of the online and specifically Streaming TV advertising industry including technology solutions, advertising/publisher and network business models, understanding of ad serving, media trading, RTB and/or related advertising technology is not required but is desirable

Salary: The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000. The total compensation package may vary depending on non-discriminatory factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
