The team specialises across our core Social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Linkedin. The key to our success is both our entrepreneurial spirit, testing all kinds of weird and wonderful creatives, alongside our razor-sharp analytical ability, drawing meaningful insights from our tests, to inform future strategy.
Being at the forefront of Paid Social advertising, we collaborate regularly with our Social Channel Partners to produce game-changing case studies, and have many more planned this year!

The Role
Our talented team of Paid Social performance marketers are on the lookout for an ambitious, innovative Senior Executive to supercharge our growth into 2024 and beyond.
With creative fast becoming our biggest performance lever, our ideal candidate will be energised by staying up to date with current social media trends. You will always be on the lookout for new hooks, angles & concepts for your marketing campaigns & relish having the freedom to build & design your own ads!
Day-to-day, you will design, create and manage high-performance ad campaigns across our core Social Channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Linkedin). As a member of our team, you'll develop strong analytical skills as well as a keen eye for turning insight into action.
We have a strong culture of creativity, too; you'll be able to try out almost any creative idea you can think of. We also have our very own in-house creative services department, therefore no whacky idea you have is off limits!
You'll also have a key role in contributing to the strategy of Paid Social and how we can continuously innovate to provide the most value for MVF and our clients around the world, working closely with our channel account managers.
Working alongside experienced and talented Paid Social Executives, Managers and Specialists, you'll gain incredible insights into campaign execution, strategy and emerging trends, greatly accelerating your learning curve. Before you know it, you'll be a true Paid Social expert!
Essential Skills:
Content Creation - With the rise in short-form video content, relevant experience of creating thumb-stopping videos (either professionally or personally) is a big plus.
Hands-on Paid Social experience - At least 18 months in a prior Paid Social role. We're after candidates who have had direct experience of creating & optimising content.
Resilience - We have a lot of opportunity to test and experiment in this role however not all tests will work, therefore embrace these events as learning opportunities!
Proactive - What you're working on can change day to day, we find this really exciting but understand it may not energise everyone
Analytical - We want to use the data we collect from our campaigns to draw valuable insights and make our ad performance even better
Inquisitive - With digital marketing evolving so rapidly, it's important for us to constantly question what is currently working, how we can improve our capability, and what threats can we turn into opportunities!
Communication - We value learning from each other and working together to solve challenges, therefore having the ability to articulate challenges and opportunities to your colleagues is essential
Desirable:
Coaching/Mentoring Experience - Experience in training & influencing others, regardless of Seniority
Canva/Video editing Experience - Whilst we have an in-house creative team, we provide the tools for our marketing teams to create their own ad creative.
Proven performance marketing track record - We work towards ROAS targets, so if you have experience in growing ROAS on Paid Social channels, this will be a big plus!
