Provides employee lifecycle support, employee relations guidance, HR compliance, learning and development coordination, HRIS administration, reporting, and people-process improvement. Advises managers on employment law, performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, and family-friendly matters; manages training systems and calendars; supports international employees across US, EMEA, and APAC; and mentors the People Coordinator.

As an Executive Assistant, you'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, assist with meetings and presentations, and support onboarding processes.

Manage and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for allocated markets. Drive funnel performance, design and run tests to grow lifetime value, align campaigns with commercial priorities, maintain audience and persona intelligence, ensure brand and content quality, collaborate with stakeholders and report performance versus targets. Adopt martech and AI tools to improve efficiency and contribute execution insight to strategic initiatives.
