Manage end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Marketing, partnering with hiring managers on role requirements, timelines, sourcing, candidate pipelines, and selection. Maintain accurate Teamtailor data and reporting, use AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency, deliver a positive candidate experience, promote the employer brand, and collaborate with the Talent Team to meet hiring goals.

Lead end-to-end brand and digital design across campaigns, customer journeys, email, web, social, sales materials, editorial content, and white papers. Own brand standards, contribute to rebrands, provide strategic creative direction, manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, explain design decisions, and develop reusable templates. The role requires strong user-centered design, strategic thinking, high-quality craft, and experience working across multiple brands.

Manage and optimize Google advertising campaigns by researching keywords and audiences, creating ad copy and imagery, analyzing performance data, and improving profitability against business KPIs. The role includes developing campaigns from scratch, testing new ad network innovations, and collaborating with biddable marketing teams. Training is provided through the company’s Biddable Academy.
