We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and strategic Paid Search Specialist to manage and scale our paid search programs. You will be a part of a team dedicated to developing and executing strategies for acquiring learners and educators to meet our growth objectives.
This role is based in our Mountain View, CA office and is hybrid in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Growth team members to grow and optimize a robust Google and Bing paid search program that drives significant revenue for Study.com
- Create and manage the end-to-end process of paid search development, conducting keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to achieve ROAS targets.
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives and landing pages to increase conversion rates and grow membership/revenue.
- Partner with the Content, Design, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, share insights, and identify creative solutions to achieve growth targets.
- Develop a testing roadmap comprised of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and growth to enhance our marketing strategies.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 5 years’ experience in SEM and PPC managing million-dollar budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- Expertise in managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing
- Experience working in an advertising, marketing, or media agency preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Competency in competitor research and tools like SEMrush, Ahref
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
- Experience with social media platforms like TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and others
The salary for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 per year. Pay and is dependent upon factors including skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
