We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with solid Telecom OSS expertise to play a key role in the design and delivery of an IP/MPLS automation solution for B2B services of an international telecom operator..
Responsibilities- Design, configure and deliver network automation solutions for IP/MPLS and overlay services
- Create HLD, LLD and integration specifications
- Implement YANG data models and network automation workflows
- Prepare and review test plans
- Analyze and integrate third-party controllers, NMS/EMS, and monitoring systems for P/PE/CPE devices
- Work closely with customers to clarify requirements, validate solution design, and ensure correct implementation of network automation solutions
- Develop and execute PoCs, demos, pilot scenarios, and define acceptance criteria.
- Prepare the technical part of RFP/RFI responses, including solution design and effort estimation.
- Participate in service design and evolution for SD-WAN and IP/MPLS/SR services
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects during pre-sales and delivery phases
- Contribute to the development of high-quality network automation products leveraging GenAI and agentic AI approaches
- Practical programming experience applied to network automation, integrations, or orchestration (Python, templating languages).
- Proven hands-on experience with YANG-based data modelling.
- Solid experience with NETCONF/RESTCONF, APIs, and model-driven automation approaches.
- Deep understanding of IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, and packet network architectures.
- Experience with B2B service provisioning, ZTP, and SD-WAN controllers.
- Strong knowledge of network devices, NMS/EMS, and modern virtualized/containerized network functions.
- Practical understanding of networking concepts and protocols:
- VLANs, tunneling, overlay networks, L4–L7 services
- TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, Segment Routing, VXLAN, GRE, L2VPN
- Good understanding of OSS domains, including service lifecycle, assurance, and NOC/SOC processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (IETF, IEEE, ETSI, ITU, ONF, TMF).
- 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, Network Automation Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar role in a vendor, integrator, or telecom environment.
- CCNP or JNCIP certification strongly preferred.
- Fluent English
- Availability to work from the office in hybrid mode ( Campinas or São Paulo office)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, or a related field
