Lead global knowledge transfer efforts focused on organic berry production.
Identify knowledge gaps and train agronomy colleagues in the execution of key organic production processes and techniques across different business units.
Gather and standardize global best practices in farming with support from Ops and Applied Research teams.
Promote sustainable innovations that improve efficiency through automation and mechanization, increasing efficiencies required to deliver more berries with less resources.
Collaborate with GATT lead to enhance the value of proprietary genetics through tailored knowledge packages.
Coordinate and execute global travel to Driscoll’s farming sites across business units.
Document and share concise reports after each field visit.
Ensures the security of Driscoll’s confidential and proprietary information and materials.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ Organic production experience required.
• Strong business knowledge of fruit production and nursery activities, production management, agronomy, grower economics, research, product quality/food safety, and customer service.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Travel required (up to 50% nationally and internationally).
• Current driver’s license and valid passport required.

This position may be based in any of Driscoll’s operational regions within Mexico, depending on candidate location.
