Optimiza is seeking a Senior Oracle Process and Discrete Manufacturing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle solutions specifically tailored for process and discrete manufacturing environments. Your expertise will enable our clients to enhance their manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of client manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing workflows and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices related to manufacturing operations, including lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and production planning.
- Train client personnel on Oracle manufacturing applications, ensuring effective adoption and use of the systems.
- Document project processes, configurations, and recommendations for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and Oracle solutions to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations focusing on process and discrete manufacturing modules.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including planning, production, and quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of discrete and/or process manufacturing best practices.
- Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects and teams within manufacturing settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Relevant Oracle certifications in manufacturing or supply chain management are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
