Who Boundless Is

We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. We are building customer-centric products and experiences to become the first trusted brand in immigration. We are the largest player in the family immigration industry, and a high-growth challenger serving corporate clients. Across both consumer and business segments, we’ve helped over 100,000 individuals and 1,000 businesses to successfully navigate the convoluted immigration process.

Today, we are a dynamic growth-stage technology company with 350+ employees across the U.S. and Philippines. We are growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions. We are well-capitalized, backed by influential venture investors around the country—including Foundry Group (led by Brad Feld), Emerson Collective (Laurene Powell Jobs’ foundation), Pioneer Square Labs, Two Sigma Ventures, Trilogy Equity Partners, and Jerry Yang.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Manager to shape the Boundless experience for businesses and their employees. You and your design partner will immerse yourself in the immigration needs of HR teams, always getting to the root of the problem. Managing complex immigration tasks is overwhelming for HR teams, so we are looking for a PM who excels at simplifying complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You will ensure our software integrates seamlessly into an HR’s day-to-day, enhancing the support provided by our legal teams. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, Customer Success, and Sales to craft a vision that positions our B2B segment for significant growth, and collaborate with engineering to execute that vision.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to company strategy by driving the vision for our B2B product
  • Define, track, and achieve success metrics that drive company goals
  • Lead product features through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to release and iteration
  • Collaborate with design to conduct, and synthesize user research, identifying key problems to solve
  • Align leadership and stakeholders, working closely with Sales and Customer Success
  • Support engineers through feature development to ship a well-crafted product
  • Enthusiastically contribute to our product culture, setting new standards of excellence

We are looking for:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, especially for a B2B or SaaS product, ideally focused on HR solutions
  • Drive to transform immigration for businesses and employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A trusted collaborator with design, engineering, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to create simple and intuitive user experiences
  • A track record of using curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness to problem solve
  • Ability to leverage user insights, data, and analysis to make informed decisions
  • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve stretch goals in a constantly evolving environment

What We Do

Boundless is a Series B technology company providing immigrants with the tools, information, and personalized support to navigate their immigration journey with confidence. We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. Just like millions of other families, we’ve had to choose between paying thousands of dollars in legal fees or spending months trying to figure out how to do everything ourselves. We knew there had to be a better way. That’s what we’re building, after hundreds of conversations with families, immigration lawyers, and government officials — a trusted partner and guide for your entire immigration journey.

Why Work With Us

Boundless is disrupting the status quo, and paving the way for Immigration Tech. To make a meaningful difference in the lives of immigrants, we think without bounds by reimagining the immigrant experience. We are building a culture that reinforces inclusion and belonging, not just for our employees, but also for our customers.
