About the Role:

In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and manage eCommerce A/B tests to drive business impact.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Partner with business stakeholders to ideate, design, and execute A/B, multivariate and personalization tests.

  • Understand strategic business goals and advise on aligning tests with strategy.

  • Work closely with visual designers, copywriters, product managers, pricing specialists, developers, and engineers to manage end-to-end test executions.

  • Monitor and analyze test results to provide insights, learnings, and make recommendations to the business.

  • Provide regular status updates and participate in project meetings to help prioritize test requests.

  • Contribute to program process improvement.

  • Ongoing analysis and evaluation of key web KPIs and user flows to diagnose trends or answer specific questions from stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling communications, reports, and presentations at multiple levels of the organization that provide insight and clarity about results and opportunities.

  • Provide web user behavior analytics insights as needed.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.

  • 3—5 years of website/ecommerce and checkout testing and optimization experience, preferably in a conversion-driven business.

  • Strong proficiency in testing tools such as Adobe product such as Adobe Target, and web analytics including Adobe Analytics.

  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders and manage expectations.

  • Ability to derive insights from quantitative data and have previous exposure with usability studies and visual analytics tools.

  • Ability to troubleshoot website test setup and analytics tagging using debugger tools.

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple short- and long-term projects with varying degrees of complexity.

  • Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.

  • Strong presentation skills using data visualizations to articulate results in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.

  • High proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery.
