Achieve flawless customer delivery Achieve labor efficiency targets Achieve scrap targets/ minimize waste Manage two to three Operations Managers Ultimately, all director labor (approx. 350+) will report under this position, with Production Supervisors and Ops Managers providing layers between the roles Responsible for supervising the personnel on the business unit team to meet the productivity, quality, safety, cost, and shareholders goals. Responsible for managing the engineering and assembly of new products and processes making improvements on existing products. Responsible for communicating and interfacing with the manufacturing departments and processes within the business unit. Oversees and ensuring the quality of the products and services within the Business Unit. Responsible for the overseeing and ensuring that the raw materials coming into the business unit, in process material/product flow and the finished product coming out of the business unit.
