We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Pensions Administration team. This is a full time, permanent role that can be based in our London, Liverpool, Leeds, Guildford, Cheltenham, Bristol, Birmingham or Amersham offices working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of Pension Administration Change Team services and act as Line Manager for Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Support roles.
Managing, organising and motivating the team to provide a quality service, making sure service standards are met and control procedures are followed.
Playing a significant role in short to medium term planning; adapting plans and priorities to address resource issues and operational challenges, considering the wider change deliverables and managing expectations.
Having input into the longer-term planning of resourcing and system developments to ensure they match future change needs and support business development opportunities
Identify and provide solutions to complex problems.
Manage operational issues and conflicts, removing barriers, communicating with stakeholders and escalating when required.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Financial services experience is essential.
Appropriate Change Management qualification e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
Change delivery expertise.
Strong leadership capabilities and a good communicator.
