<title>About the role</title>

You will own the end-to-end operational strategy across three interconnected pillars. From driving long-term regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance, to designing non-monetary driver loyalty programs that keep supply on Bolt's platform, and ultimately holding accountability for the performance of cities in your region. You will report to the General Manager and work cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Central Operations, and Product teams.
This is not a back-office compliance role. We're looking for someone who can walk into a room with regulators, city officials, or driver community leaders and be a credible, compelling voice for Bolt while also diving into supply data and running complex strategic projects.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Define and drive Bolt Poland's long-term regulatory strategy in close collaboration with Legal and Public Policy teams. Own the implementation of new and evolving regulations (local, national, and EU-level), translating legal requirements into scalable operational processes.</point>
- <point>Monitor the regulatory landscape proactively and ensure internal processes remain ahead of compliance requirements.</point>
- <point>Design and lead strategic, non-monetary driver engagement initiatives — including loyalty programs, recognition schemes, and community-building efforts — that increase platform preference and long-term retention.</point>
- <point>Analyse driver supply data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the Polish market.</point>
- <point>Hold accountability for the operational and business performance of cities within your region, identify performance risks early, and drive corrective action through data-informed decision-making.</point>
- <point>Build and maintain strong relationships with local business stakeholders, fleet operators, and city-level partners.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related analytical role — ideally within tech, mobility, or a highly regulated industry. Experience working with external stakeholders: regulators, government bodies, public institutions, or industry partners.</point>
- <point>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks; experience collaborating with Legal and/or Public Policy teams is a strong plus.</point>
- <point>Entrepreneurial mindset — you spot opportunities, take ownership, and move with urgency without waiting to be asked.</point>
- <point>Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with complex datasets.</point>
- <point>Excellent communicator in Polish and English — able to present confidently to senior internal and external audiences.</point>
- <point> Bachelor's degree or higher; economics, law, public policy, business, or related field preferred.</point>
