Role Overview: The Senior Operations Manager will have a leadership role in the project, overseeing the Operations Department and ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently. They will collaborate with department managers and contribute to the overall success of the education project they are assigned to.

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will: 

• Oversee the entire Operations Department.
• Supervise and support Operations Managers.
• Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other department heads.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies.
• Report to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Operation Management
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mix between big-picture thinking vision and flawless execution follow up
• Familiarity with education technology and project management tools.
• High proficiency in written English and Arabic formal communication
