We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Operations Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Develop and implement lean production processes
Create and maintain process documentation, layouts, time-studies
Initiate continuous improvement activities in order to improve productivity (assembly and test)
Support and train production personnel in process related issues
Support customers and suppliers in process related matters
Implement innovative methods and apply modern technology in operation
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
Significant understanding of manufacturing processes in industrial and aero environment
Working experience with AS 9100 standards
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Experience using CAD software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Fluent English and Polish
Salary range from 13 000 to 20 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
