What you'll do:
As a Senior Online Marketing Manager - SEA you are eager to bring AutoScout24 SEA activities to the next level. You will operatively manage & optimize international performance marketing campaigns in Google/Bing/Apple Search Ads with large budgets. This position is key within the team in order to consolidate execution excellence but also to play an integral role in planning the SEA strategic vision. You will be able to work independently yet cross-functionally with other Online Marketing Managers and with other company functions:
- Play an integral role in planning strategic vision for the SEA team.
- Define, implement and evaluate A/B tests for advertising material, landing pages and any other advertising variants.
- Independently analyse the performance of web and app campaigns in order to identify new opportunities to increase efficiency and growth.
- Use your technical expertise to automate campaign/ad creation and optimization.
- Internal stakeholder management (e.g. Online Marketing Team or Product).
What you'll bring:
- You have a degree (Bachelor or Master) or comparable education.
- +5 years of relevant work experience as a Paid Search Manager (SEA).
- Experience working hands-on with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads/Microsoft Advertising/Apple Search Ads/Display), with proficiency in keyword planning, account setup, bid strategies, and all other facets of successfully managing complex paid search accounts (over 10 markets).
- Experience with paid search analytics and research tools (e.g. Google Analytics, keyword planner, Google Trends).
- Experience managing large budgets and forecasting scenarios.
- Strong analytical skills and results oriented mindset.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
These Skills are a Plus:
- Programming skills (JavaScript or SQL) - You feel comfortable with scripts and automation.
- Automotive industry experience / affinity.
- B2C and Lead generation experience.
- German and/or any other language is a plus (written and spoken).
