Job Description

As jameda’s Teamlead Performance Marketing, you will spearhead our efforts to generate high-quality doctor and clinic leads, and convert them into paying customers. Your portfolio includes call center, paid, and email marketing. You will be in charge of optimizing budget allocation, and increase campaign performance across the customer funnel. You will utilize data-driven strategies to achieve objectives. You will manage a team of 3 marketing specialists, report to the CEO, and be part of jameda’s Management team. You will work closely with the global Marketing team. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our growth in the highly competitive e-health space.


1. Strategy and Execution

  • Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including call center, paid search, paid media, social media, and email.

  • Collaborate with leadership and finance to forecast spend and evaluate ROI. Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

  • Experiment with new channels and approaches to expand our reach.


2. Campaign Management

  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve outcomes.

  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, showcasing progress toward KPIs and recommendations for future strategies.


3. Team Management

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three performance marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Work closely with the global content, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

  • Partner with the Inbound Sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and support revenue generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and data analytics.

  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience in the healthcare or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
