How you will make a difference:
- Serve as primary point of contact during the onboarding process for new and existing clients, building a strong relationship with client stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans tailored to the client’s needs. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal Operational teams as well as external partners to support timely and smooth onboarding.
- Ensure setup and adoption of all Safeguard Global technologies and applications. Provide platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of features and functionalities for our applications.
- Work closely with Client Success Managers/Directors to share client knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, and Client Support stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement or corrective action where needed.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role
- Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience a plus
- Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
- Customer success mindset with a bias for proactive engagement and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
