Job Description
- Handle pre and post processing of trade documents and applications received
- Perform document imaging and signature verification
- Process Letters of Credit advising and prepare related documents for signing and endorsement
- Manage the release and dispatch of documents through counter services or courier arrangements
- Coordinate and handle enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain systematic and well-organized filing of completed transactions
- Ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
- HKDSE / HKCEE graduates or above
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in trade operations or related field
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to accuracy and details
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
