Key responsibilities:
- Perform market and financial analysis for hotel projects
- Evaluate each project’s feasibility via market research and other approaches
- Liaise with other internal departments to carry out project studies
- Assist to superiors for all other project study
- Carry out other office administration and clerical duty
Requirements:
- University graduate with relevant discipline
- Analytical mindset and figure mind
- Experience in market and financial analysis is preferred
- Positive working attitude
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
