Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Offering Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Managing Principal, Offering Management, you will support the design, standardization, pricing, packaging, enablement, and lifecycle management of Coalfire's offerings. You will help translate market needs and delivery capabilities into scalable, margin-aware offerings, pricing tools, sales collateral, and go-to-market motions. This role will work cross-functionally across delivery, sales, finance, operations, legal, marketing, and partnerships to improve portfolio hygiene, accelerate quoting and contracting, and strengthen customer and field outcomes. This role will act as an individual contributor, cross-functional operator, and trusted partner to offering leadership.

What You'll Bring

  • Support the lifecycle management of cybersecurity and compliance offerings, including ideation, design, refresh, packaging, launch, enablement, sustainment, and retirement activities.
  • Partner with offering leadership, practice leaders, and solution stakeholders to standardize services into repeatable components, tiers, variations, and SKU-ready structures that improve scalability and consistency.
  • Own day-to-day coordination of offering initiatives, including intake tracking, status reporting, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and documentation of decisions across offering governance forums and portfolio workstreams.
  • Create and maintain go-to-market sales collateral, including proposal materials, datasheets, whitepapers, standard presentations, catalogs, and other enablement content that clearly articulates Coalfire's value to clients and the field.
  • Perform competitive analysis and pricing support for Coalfire offerings to inform packaging, list pricing, margin targets, and growth strategies for enterprise-level clients.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including client meetings, solutioning discussions, and cross-functional RFP responses, ensuring offerings are positioned clearly and scoped consistently.
  • Stay current with emerging security threats, industry trends, and client demand patterns, and proactively recommend updates to offerings, messaging, and portfolio priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve scoping, quoting, and contracting workflows, including cost case optimization, standard scope definitions, and SOW content inputs.
  • Support the development of new threat-focused services, including initial research, offering design, pricing inputs, staffing assumptions, collateral development, partner coordination, and internal enablement.

What You'll Do

  • 5-10 years of experience in offering management, product management, program management, go-to-market strategy, business operations, or related roles within cybersecurity or professional services.
  • Great attention to detail in work products, including understanding an end-to-end experience, building easy to understand solutions, and creating experiences that delight clients while meeting their cybersecurity needs.
  • Strong knowledge of threat-focused cybersecurity services offerings (such as penetration testing, adversary emulation, exposure management, detection and response, threat hunting, and related cybersecurity services) and/or security compliance and assurance frameworks (such as FedRAMP, Healthcare, CMMC, and other globally recognized compliance standards).
  • Experience supporting client-facing and pre-sales situations, including solutioning discussions, proposal responses, and coordination during the delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of how cybersecurity services are packaged, sold, and consumed by enterprise clients, with the ability to align client needs to scalable offerings and delivery models.
  • Experience developing go-to-market materials and field enablement content for service offerings, including presentations, proposal content, catalogs, and datasheets.
  • Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and margin analysis for service offerings, including work with financial models, bid sheets, or similar scoping tools.
  • Experience launching or refreshing service offerings through cross-functional collaboration with delivery, sales, finance, legal, operations, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Experience working with software or ecosystem partners on joint go-to-market motions, partner-attached offerings, or related enablement activities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving follow-through across multiple teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
