The role requires coordinating cross-functional pursuit teams, advising clients on cybersecurity and compliance priorities, maintaining Salesforce data, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. Travel may reach 50%.

Guide customers through Compliance Essentials onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and self-managed usage. Deliver live and recorded training, create enablement resources, monitor engagement through Pendo and ChurnZero, identify adoption risks, coordinate internal handoffs, and support Strategic Customer Success Managers with customer education and implementation activities.

Provides vulnerability management and continuous monitoring support for regulated cloud environments. Responsibilities include investigating vulnerabilities, managing scans and false positives, creating POA&Ms, communicating alerts and remediation strategies, configuring scanning tools, automating repeatable tasks, documenting findings, coordinating escalations, and supporting compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP. Advise on GCP security strategy, implement Security Command Center and cloud-native security tooling, integrate findings into SIEM/SecOps, guide AI workload security, produce executive reports and remediation roadmaps, and mentor consultants while driving repeatable methodologies and delivery quality.
