As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Organization, we are looking for a Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst in Santa Clara, California. In this role, you will work through sophisticated business opportunities across multiple functions to improve overall processes, optimize our tool infrastructure, and increase the ease of doing business with NVIDIA. This position is focused on the business-side implementation, management, and scaling of our global rebate management systems and related tools, alongside the operational execution and validation of our rebate incentive programs!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own rebate and pricing platforms end-to-end: define the business vision, identify workflow gaps, and drive global adoption across our partner ecosystem.

  • Lead manual execution of key rebate programs — creating, managing, and distributing accurate partner statements in tight alignment with program guidelines.

  • Oversee first-level claim approvals: establish SOPs, resolve escalations, and ensure partner claims are processed accurately within SLAs.

  • Drive complex system implementations from requirements through UAT and global deployment, coordinating across IT, Salesforce, finance, and pricing.

  • Translate new partner incentive models into scalable, automated processes that work seamlessly for internal teams and external partners.

  • Use program data and incentive metrics to diagnose issues, validate rebate accuracy, and build cases for platform improvements.

  • Apply AI and automation to eliminate manual steps in rebate validation, claim approvals, and pricing workflows.

What We Need to See:

  • 12+ years in channel partner programs, business operations, or a similar role at a global technology company, with deep knowledge of multi-tier channel structures.

  • Hands-on experience delivering channel rebate programs, including running complex data sets to generate and distribute partner statements.

  • Experience managing or mentoring data processors, support analysts, or claim approval teams.

  • Consistent track record deploying and optimizing enterprise rebate or incentive platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Vistex, Databricks, Tableau).

  • Ability to run large system rollouts end-to-end — setting timelines, handling dependencies, and holding cross-functional teams accountable.

  • Strong documentation skills: translating ambiguous business needs into BRDs, Jira stories, and UAT plans.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools applied to high-volume channel operations, statement generation, or claim validation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, MIS, or a related field.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Systems thinker: you understand how a change in pricing logic or claim workflows ripples into compliance, partner portal visibility, and financial reporting.

  • Proactive problem definer: you gather information fast, pressure-test assumptions, and drive teams to decisions.

  • Force multiplier: you don't just fix issues — you document the logic, improve training materials, and raise the operational standard.

  • Real AI point of view: genuine thinking about where AI agents move the needle in incentive verification, statement generation, and pricing agility - and a drive to put it into practice.
