What you'll be doing:
- As a Local NPI Engineer, you will provide on-site engineering support for all Assembly and Process issues
- The working place base at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico
- Escorting and Process Validation activities and DOEs
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements
- Drive CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset
What we need to see:
- B.Sc. or equivalent experience. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes.
- Experience in leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process.
- Familiar with ICT / JTAG technology and/or functional tests
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent English, reading, writing, and presentation capabilities.
- Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
