As a Senior Network Engineer on our Core Infrastructure Technology Team, you will play a key role in architecting, automating, and securing global networks that embrace next-generation cloud, AI, and automation technologies. Your work will impact our 50+ remote offices and data centers, supporting seamless connectivity, high availability, and continuous modernization. You’ll be a thought leader in network automation and AI-powered operations within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:
Network Design & Management
- Design, deploy, and manage global enterprise network infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)
- Implement and maintain cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure), including VPC, Transit Gateway, ExpressRoute, and related services
Network Automation & Cloud-Native Initiatives
- Develop and deploy automation tools (Infrastructure as Code, Ansible, Python scripting, etc.) for network provisioning and configuration management
- Enable cloud-native networking (Kubernetes, service mesh, microservices architectures)
AI-Driven Operations & Monitoring
- Integrate AI/ML solutions for network monitoring, predictive analytics, incident detection, and performance optimization
Security & Compliance
- Manage next-generation firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and zero-trust solutions
- Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
Collaboration & Support
- Provide 3rd-level operational support and expert escalation
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams to educate on infrastructure best practices and standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical environments
Continuous Improvement
- Document processes, update policies, and help establish organizational standards
- Proactively seek out learning opportunities to stay abreast of technology trends
We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
Required:
- 8+ years designing and supporting global enterprise networks
- 5+ years managing cloud network solutions (AWS, Azure)
- Expert knowledge of Layer 2/3, switching (Cisco, HP/Aruba), routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), wireless (Aruba), network access control (802.1x, NAC), firewalls (FortiGate), SD-WAN, server load balancing (F5), VPNs
- Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform), scripting (Python), APIs
- Familiarity with cloud-native networking: Kubernetes, containers, service mesh
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to collaborate and educate multidisciplinary teams
Preferred:
- Experience implementing AI/ML-based network analytics or security tools
- Industry certifications: AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Microsoft Azure Network Engineer, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.
