Location: Johor Bahru (JB)
Responsibilities:
- Manage data centers, workplace network systems, and teams within the region.
- Lead network operation and maintenance, promote standardized IT project management, and improve project delivery quality.
- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise or IDC data center networks (over 1,000 devices, multiple branches).
- Optimize network quality, analyze performance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and continuously improve network systems.
- Establish and maintain network operation records, monitor network security, and ensure stable system operation.
- Oversee construction and operation management of new and acquired data center and workplace networks.
- Develop and enforce operation and maintenance standards, guide and supervise the network team, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and provide detailed reports on network conditions and team performance.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in network product implementation and maintenance engineering.
- Proficient in IP routing, switching, network security, and wireless technology.
- Familiar with mainstream network products (H3C, Cisco, Aruba), network security products, and systems.
- Experience in network project design, planning, implementation, and operation management.
- Proficient in OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN, SD-WAN (VMware, Cisco, or vendor-neutral), VPN technologies.
- Skilled in Fortinet firewall, WAF, FAC, ISE, and other Gartner-leading security technologies.
- Experience with management software (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, IPAM, Fortinet management, backup servers, automation/orchestration).
- Knowledge of DC well, bridge, information room, routing standards, and risk transformation.
- Excellent communication, written, and oral skills; strong team management, especially remote teams.
- Qualified CCNP or equivalent (Aruba/H3C); CCIE Written and ITIL are pluses.
