What you will do:
- You will help design logistics solutions to optimize logistic costs and streamline operations;
- You will analyze logistics cost grids, transportation cost drivers, and market benchmarks to identify cost-saving opportunities;
- You will collaborate with our 3PL partners to ensure cost-effective and service-efficient solutions;
- You will support strategic negotiations by providing cost analysis and solution expertise;
- You will lead process improvement projects to improve operational efficiency and implement market standards best practices;
- You will be the team’s go-to expert for cost modeling, logistics strategy, and identifying opportunities for improvement;
- You will work with internal stakeholders to align logistics processes and priorities with global goals and support our supply chain strategy;
- You will challenge the status quo by reviewing logistics strategies and implementing improvements initiatives;
- You will influence our roadmap by proactively identifying strategic levers;
- You will help defining the main KPIs to assess our 3PL partners and bridge the targets to the operational teams.
Who we're looking for:
- You have minimum 3 years of experience, ideally five, working with / at 3PLs, transportation providers, or logistics cost management;
- You have strong analytical skills with expertise in cost grids, transportation cost drivers and negotiations strategies;
- You are familiar with cost modelling, excel or other relevant tools;
- You have a collaborative, independent and proactive mindset;
- You can influence strategic roadmaps and priorities while keeping the business goals in mind.
