Job Description:
JCI is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using the .NET framework. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using .NET technologies including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain application architecture, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
- Optimize application performance, debugging and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best coding practices and enhancing team capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the development of innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to uphold code quality standards.
- Ensure application security and data protection measures are implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
