Job Description

As an analog/core engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring performance of 3D NAND designs. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and verifying NAND design that meet its stringent power, performance specs and driving development of world class verification strategies to guarantee worldclass reliable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of analog ckts within NAND component designs to ensure optimal power, performance, area efficiency and high reliability.
• Specialize in creation of critical analog components such as voltage reference, charge pumps, regulators, low dropout regulators, sensing ckts and high voltage switches.
• Run fullchip analog simulations and verifications across various NAND read, write, erase and etestmode operations.
• Collaborate with layout, CORE and datapath engineers during floorplanning to achieve lowest die size and optimal power network while minimizing noise interference and voltage droops during read, write and erase operations.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant NAND experience, or a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in analog circuit design and a track record of successful project completions.
• Proficient in signal routing, power distribuyion planning, EM/IR drop analysis is a must.
• Proficient with industry standard EDA tools for schematic captures and circuit simulations such as Spectre/hspice, hsim, virtuoso, StarRC, totem

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $127,260 - $203,620. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
