You will lead campaigns at the highest level — building meaningful relationships with talent and their representatives across music, film, sport and culture, working across the full spectrum from emerging acts to global superstars.
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth and evolution of PURPLE’s US talent team, centrally connected to its global network across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and its roster of clients spanning fashion, culture, art, beauty, lifestyle and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceive and deliver sophisticated publicity strategies across press, digital and broadcast
- Identify and convert new business opportunities that expand and diversify the talent roster
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior media, talent representatives and strategic partners
- Oversee campaign delivery and reporting with rigour and precision
- Report into and collaborate closely with PURPLE's NY and London Talent Division
- Partner with PURPLE's global offices to lead and coordinate international initiatives
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years leading national music publicity campaigns in the US market
- Proven ability to build and execute high-value, culturally resonant communications campaigns
- Strong established network across industry and media
- Experience running integrated campaigns across PR, digital, experiential and cultural platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting at a senior level
- Background within a music or talent-focused publicity environment essential
