You will:
- Independently manage a portfolio of EU-funded client projects during the implementation phase;
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on project implementation, compliance, reporting requirements, and funding rules;
- Develop and maintain clear implementation plans, ensuring activities, deadlines, and obligations are properly structured and followed;
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, and proactively identify deviations or compliance issues;
- Prepare, review, and submit payment requests and project reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with funding requirements;
- Advise clients on procurement requirements and coordinate procurement processes where applicable;
- Manage communication with funding agencies, including responses to queries, follow-up actions, and contract amendments when needed;
- Maintain complete and well-structured project documentation, ensuring readiness for audits, inspections, and project closure;
- Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients and funding agencies, ensuring reliable coordination and smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in EU-funded project implementation, administration, or a similar coordination role;
- Hands-on experience working with Lithuanian funding agencies such as Inovacijų agentūra, CPVA, APVA, or similar, including familiarity with their systems, processes, and documentation requirements;
- Strong knowledge of EU funding rules, reporting requirements, eligible costs, and project compliance;
- Hands-on experience with payment requests, project reports, procurement processes, and project documentation;
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and keep implementation on track;
- High level of reliability, ownership, and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients and funding agencies;
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
- Native-level Lithuanian and good professional English.
Experience in EU funding proposal writing would be considered an advantage.
