You will:
- Develop client relationships and grow accounts in the Lithuanian market;
- Contribute to selected international business-development efforts;
- Identify and convert strategic opportunities into a strong pipeline of public-sector consulting work;
- Lead the development of well-positioned, technically strong and commercially competitive proposals and tenders;
- Oversee project delivery at a senior level, ensuring analytical rigour, strong execution and meaningful outcomes for clients;
- Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing team by coaching colleagues, developing capabilities and promoting a strong performance culture.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, policy or economic-analysis roles;
- A master’s degree is preferred in public policy, economics, public finance, infrastructure or a related discipline;
- Proven track record of leading complex client engagements from proposal through to delivery;
- Recognised expertise in at least one core area: public policy, policy evaluation, economic analysis, public finance or infrastructure advisory;
- Strong leadership and team-development skills, including coaching junior colleagues and leading multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior public-sector decision-makers;
- Professional fluency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
