A highly skilled Visual Designer who possesses a deep understanding of the use and application of design systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual design/graphic design with hands-on experience of creating, managing design variables and tokenization.
What will you be doing?
- Create design languages which create a delightful, emotionally engaging, innovative, and easy to learn experience for our users. This is a hands-on job!
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that aligns with the company's brand identity and product goals.
- Define and document design principles, guidelines, and best practices for the design system, ensuring easy adoption and implementation by the design and development teams.
- Establish and manage design tokens and variables to enable efficient customization and theming of UI components.
- Conduct regular audits of the design system to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and standardization.
- Provide guidance and support to designers and developers on the use and integration of the design system into their workflow.
- Reviews and tests development builds to ensure compliance with designs
