Senior MLOps Engineer

Position Overview:

We're looking for a passionate MLOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team and revolutionize how we develop and deploy AI models. You'll bridge the gap between data science and operations, ensuring our groundbreaking projects in ML, traditional AI, and Generative AI go from concept to reality.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement MLOps strategies that fuel business growth.

• Architect and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure for ML workloads using cutting-edge tools (think Kubernetes, Spark, Databricks).

• Build and automate end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Implement robust solutions to monitor model performance, data drift, and security in production.

• Champion MLOps best practices across the organization, mentoring and training stakeholders on tools and methodologies.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience with bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3-4 years of experience in data engineering, MLOps, DevOps, or a similar field.

• Experience building ML pipelines and familiarity with machine learning concepts.

• Expertise in cloud platforms, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Apache Airflow, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• A passion for collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
