Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced ML/AI Software Engineers with a focus on the development and evaluation of Generative AI (GenAI) applications in the field of Enterprise automation.The successful candidate will contribute to the development and improvements of AI Copilots at all stages of development.

Work closely with stakeholders to refine business requirements and come up with technical solutions

Implement Proof Of Concept solutions for discovering the feasibility of technical implementations and assessing alternatives
- Develop well-tested production-ready implementations using Python programming language and GenAI technologies
-
Help to identify and improve the problems of existing solutions
- Contribute to implementation of evaluation and monitoring performance of GenAI and ML solutions
-
Work together with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to prepare and maintain up to date test and training data

Implement metrics for monitoring quality of generations by pre-trained and fine-tuned models
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
Background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.

5+ years of experience in software engineering
-
Working experience of development and deployment production ready ML and GenAI solutions
-
Proficiency in Python, OOD and OOP, automated testing
-
Familiarity with ML lifecycle and MLOps/LLMops practices
- Experience with one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and interest in working with AWS

Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD for deployment of containerised applications
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and get the work done
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across teams
- Strong analytical skills for working in environment with unclear requirements
