Our Creator and Affiliate teams are looking for a Senior Media Strategist to lead channel strategy, measurement and optimization of partner programs across creator and traditional affiliate channels.

We’re looking for a strategic, autonomous, results-driven marketer with expertise in creator and affiliate partnerships, a passion for relationship building, scaling programs and the evolving creator and partner landscape, and the ability to work across multiple work streams. Our team is both rigorous and experimental, and we’re looking for someone who can maintain that balance. If you thrive on collaboration, are driven by data, excel in execution and are dedicated to continuous growth and improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Conduct frequent deep dives into partner performance to drive larger-scale optimizations and influence Go To Market strategy. Unpack nuances across partner types, including creator, content, comparison and coupon.
  • Spearhead various initiatives, including leading tests with cross-functional teams such as Paid Media, Product Marketing, Legal and Finance.
  • Influence budget planning, pacing and forecasting across Creator and Affiliate to ensure optimal allocation.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing partner onboarding, payments and communications.
  • Identify and recruit net-new creators and partners to fill gaps across creator and affiliate.

  • Hands-on experience with incrementality tests, and the ability to build your own forecasts.
  • Extremely comfortable partnering with data teams, interpreting performance data and turning insights into action. Familiarity with Looker or BigQuery is a plus.
  • Proven track record of negotiating both creator and affiliate deals and scaling partners against efficiency targets.
