The position will oversee the coordination of multiple market clusters, ensuring a full-funnel approach to media planning — from brand building and audience development to performance and conversion objectives. The Senior Media Director will act as the key connection point between regional strategy and local market realities, enabling teams to develop effective tactical plans and execute high-quality media solutions tailored to each market.

This role will be accountable for establishing governance frameworks, driving process standardization, ensuring operational consistency, and elevating the quality of media delivery across Hispanic markets. Through strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-market collaboration, the Senior Media Director will identify growth opportunities, foster innovation, and ensure media capabilities are aligned with business objectives.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into comprehensive media strategies.
  • Oversee coordination between regional guidelines and local market execution.
  • Ensure a full-funnel media approach across brand, consideration, performance, and conversion objectives.
  • Guide local teams in the development of tactical media plans aligned with regional strategy.
  • Establish and optimize operational processes, ways of working, and governance models across markets.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in media delivery across all clusters.
  • Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams and market stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in media operations.
  • Be responsible for centralizing the governance of the Hispanic operation and coordinating the Mexico, South, and Andean clusters, ensuring a full-funnel approach to each market's media needs, from brand building to performance and conversion.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and leadership roles within advertising agencies, media agencies, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-market media operations, ideally across LATAM markets.
  • Strong expertise in integrated media strategies across the full funnel, including branding, performance, and conversion.
  • Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, traditional media channels, and evolving consumer behaviors.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and leading strategic conversations with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Ability to balance regional strategic vision with local market needs and execution realities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
