As a Senior Engineer, your job duties will be primarily focused on the Engineer-To-Order business of design modifications on new and existing equipment to meet customer requests or necessary field specifications. Responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. Strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Executes the design, analysis, and/or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.

  • Collaborating with the design team to develop engineering designs that fits the needs of the client and ensuring engineering deliverables are completed timely.

  • Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise based upon precedents.

  • Engaged in customizing projects to client needs. Conveys technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.

  • Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 10+ years relevant experience in Operations and/or Engineering environment; or Master's degree in Engineering or Science with 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Engineering environment.

  • Have minimum of 5 years in Liner Hangers.

  • Have experience in design and testing of Completions products.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

  • Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and customer focused with a drive for results. Sound ability to manage time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.

  • Have experience in SAP and SolidWorks
