The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. Responsibilities:
Leads scheduling and coordinating Program Kick-Off Meeting introducing contractors and Government personnel across enterprise
Documents comprehensive support requirements in PMP including enterprise WBS with associated responsibilities and partnerships
Provides comprehensive project support generating and maintaining Project Plans integrated with DT/EA/CST IMS
Leads preparation of weekly status reports providing project-by-project statuses establishing priorities coordinating risk and issue resolution
Develops and implements comprehensive Transition-In Plan with phased warehouse transition completed within 180 calendar days
Develops comprehensive Quarterly Spend Plan including task breakouts, hours and dollars, and rate information
Provides comprehensive IT project management services employing management functions ensuring systematic approach to project management
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others
Qualifications:
Required –
BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered
Active Secret clearance
Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale, complex IT programs or projects
Demonstrated experience integrating WBS elements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and project schedules into an enterprise-level IMS
Experience performing critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, milestone tracking, dependency management, and schedule forecasting to identify potential impacts to program objectives
Experience establishing and maintaining schedule baselines, evaluating proposed changes, and assessing downstream impacts to cost, resources, milestones, and deliverables
Demonstrated ability to identify schedule risks, constraints, conflicts, and slippage, develop recovery scenarios, and provide actionable recommendations to program leadership
Experience developing schedule metrics, dashboards, status reports, and executive-level schedule briefings across multiple concurrent projects or task areas
Proficiency with enterprise scheduling/project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling platforms
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies and coordinating schedules across technical, operational, transition, and program management teams
Desired –
Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State
Experience supporting large-scale, geographically dispersed or global enterprise IT programs

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200Skills Required
