Job description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior MarTech Consultant with significant experience delivering consulting services in the MarTech domain, in particular with Adobe Marketo. In this role, you will lead smaller projects independently while contributing substantially to larger initiatives, serving as an advisor and mentor to junior colleagues. You will support platform administration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives alongside CRM and email campaign execution.

What we are looking for you if you can:

  • Support Adobe Marketo platform administration and governance, including campaign and template management, activity log troubleshooting, workflow and flow design, cloning workarounds, and overall platform governance.
  • Conduct requirements engineering and create functional specifications for solutions across platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce, documenting functional and non-functional requirements and defining industry-specific business processes.
  • Lead change management activities to help teams adopt new MarTech systems and processes, working closely with marketing, IT, and operations to align stakeholders and facilitate training.
  • Lead consulting projects and digital transformation initiatives, take responsibility for significant project components, manage backlog and prioritization, and act as a subject matter expert in client pitches and business development.
  • Act as an advisor and mentor to junior colleagues, consultants, and analysts.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for different events and audience segments, including automation and personalization workflows.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Manage email marketing and CRM lists, ensure data accuracy and cleansing, and maintain compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Bring significant MarTech consulting experience, including independent ownership of smaller projects and meaningful contributions to larger initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Adobe Marketo architecture and administration, with recognized expertise in relevant MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or Sitecore; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is an advantage, and familiarity with Knak is a plus.
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in email marketing or CRM database management, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Bring a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, excellent English copywriting skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills Required
