The Principal Braze MarTech Consultant (m/f/d) leads and supports the implementation of Braze and other marketing automation technologies for global clients. You will translate business and marketing requirements into actionable solution designs, configuration plans, and customer lifecycle programs, acting as the strategic and technical bridge between marketing, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Design cross-channel customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns using Braze Canvas and other MarTech tools, including Salesforce, Adobe, and HubSpot
• Lead MarTech solution design, including segmentation logic, data schema definition, event structures, and behavioral triggers
• Advise clients on the effective use of Braze features such as Canvas, Currents, Catalogs, Connected Content, Liquid templating, and advanced segmentation
• Act as a subject matter expert in workshops, pitches, and client discussions related to Braze and broader marketing technology ecosystems
• Contribute to the strategic development of MarTech capabilities, methodologies, and reusable frameworks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions, escalations, and technical challenges, while coaching and mentoring junior team members on MarTech concepts, platforms, and consulting skills

• Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Braze. Experience with comparable marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, or HubSpot is a plus
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including segmentation, personalization, customer journeys, and consent management
• Ability to conduct pre-sales activities for Braze prospects
• Experience leading successful Braze implementation across international markets
• Experience with AI-driven segmentation in Braze and other marketing automation platforms
• Apply working knowledge of HTML, SQL, Liquid or similar templating approaches, as well as familiarity with data layers, CDPs, and APIs, as well as Python
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach in fast-paced project environments and fluency in German and English
