  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Develop targeted email campaigns based on member preferences, demographics, and behavior to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Marketo Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing marketing campaigns and develop innovative solutions to drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends.
  • Automation Knowledge: 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation software is a significant advantage.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Creative Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content that resonates with target audiences.
