The Role
Job Purpose:  
  • Independently lead the conceptualization of marketing campaigns with business partners and agencies, Minimal supervision required.

  • Solutions Marketing Role – Knowledge of solutions-selling

  • Own the execution of the Company Led Demand-Gen Campaigns

  • Extended Sales Support to the Sales Organization

  • Ability to run highly productive brainstorming meetings and provide guidance to juniors.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive solutions focused planning with business partners on marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Engage business partners and suppliers independently with salesmen, minimal supervision required from manager.

  • Empowered to conceptualize marketing proposal independently. Providing regular checkpoints with the manager Drive end-to-end event execution with both internal and external customers.

  • Strategically involved from planning to execution of programs with sales business units

  • Tracking & monitoring of leads and opportunities with brands

  • Manage e-marketing campaigns and reporting tools.

  • Accountable for results of campaigns, managing MDF, Co-op and MDF systems reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent

  • Min 5 years relevant experience

  • IT Industry preferred only, experienced in fast-paced environment.

  • Channels & Marketing driven.

  • Exposure to creativity & marketing events

  • Exposure to Digital Marketing experience an advantage.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.

  • Experience in working with sales environment.

  • Foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies.

  • Exposed to solutions software marketing in a channel's ecosystem environment.

  • Good written and communication skill

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Capable of building strong network with suppliers, customers and internal sales team and capitalize on the network to build organization presence.

  • Meticulous towards details, reporting of marketing analysis.

  • Experience in handling channels marketing/partners alliance/PR agencies would be added advantage.

  • Independent worker & able to work on Photoshop creatives.
