Develops and executes targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific audiences. Performs other assigned duties. Other duties as assigned Develops and maintains physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events, collaborating with the physician relations marketing team on direct marketing strategies. Serves as a social media liaison, meeting quantifiable goals and objectives, and helps oversee websites related to the area of focus for timely and consistent updates. Collaborates with the Digital Strategy team to implement effective online strategies to drive volume and engagement. Works collaboratively with the Creative team, providing clear objectives, goals, timely feedback, and reasonable deadlines for the development of effective deliverables. Maintains and tracks budget, volume, and additional data for ROI reporting to ensure business goals are met. Acts as a brand ambassador, upholding the values of the organization and maintaining consistency of the brand internally and externally. Actively seeks internship candidates, assists with intern onboarding, project management, and performance review. Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Contributes to the development of annual marketing plans, setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met. Implements day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and markets with a regional and network focus.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-starter with the ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Foundational knowledge and skills to implement integrated marketing programs, including: marketing planning; volume-driving strategies, creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; project management, event planning and execution; research analysis; and physician relations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of Access, Publisher, Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and/or Adobe InDesign preferred.
- Strong collaborator; ability to build meaningful relationships among the marketing team, leaders, staff, physicians, and/or community partners.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate organizational needs into a concept and adapt writing style for specific audiences.
- Sound critical thinker with the ability to make educated recommendations that produce measurable results.
- Fundamental experience in emerging digital media and technologies, including knowledge of website analysis programs such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrates strong ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy.
- Continued and proven focus on effective project management, organization, and professional development.
- Ability to think critically about many aspects of a marketing project, including the ability to assess and evaluate risks, conduct market analysis, compile market data, and manage marketing budgets efficiently.

- Ability to learn new industries and business models quickly to apply the most effective digital marketing initiatives.

Pay Range:
