Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to support our EMEA marketing organization within a fast-paced cybersecurity company. This role is responsible for tier 3 event execution, marketing administration and regional marketing support across multiple countries in EMEA.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly structured, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and processes across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, reconciliation, and invoice processing for EMEA marketing activities.

  • Manage vendor onboarding and procurement processes across multiple EMEA regions.

  • Plan and execute Tier 3 field events across EMEA, including customer roundtables, dinners, workshops, and regional activations.

  • Support regional trade shows and larger events with logistics, coordination, and on-site execution as needed.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue management, branded merchandise (SWAG), shipping, and marketing asset distribution across multiple countries.

  • Support channel and field marketing managers with event administration and operational execution.

  • Create and maintain marketing assets, including landing pages, social media graphics, and event or campaign content.

  • Research, draft, and update marketing materials to support campaigns, events, and partner initiatives.

  • Support lead capture, handoff, and follow-up to maximize campaign and event outcomes.

  • Track and report marketing performance, contributing to program optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise across EMEA

Required Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, events, or field marketing support.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processes.

  • Experience coordinating events and working with external vendors across multiple regions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

  • Experience in using technologies such as SDFC, Asana, Reachdesk, G-Suite, Zoom Info, ON24.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.

  • Experience working across EMEA or other multi-country regions.
