How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Owning the Narrative: You will take full command of the editorial calendar—defining what gets written, where it lives, and who reviews it. Your exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading will elevate blogs, newsletters, and case studies into highly impactful assets that captivate and convert audiences.

  • Amplifying Thought Leadership: You will step in as the strategic voice behind company social channels and execute executive ghostwriting on LinkedIn. By keeping an impeccable standard across sales collateral, slide decks, and web content, you will establish undeniable brand authority in the industry.

  • Flawless Event Execution: You will design and run the end-to-end tactical delivery of webinars, roundtables, and virtual event programming. From writing high-converting invite sequences to managing run-of-show logistics and sourcing podcast or speaking opportunities for leadership, you ensure every event runs seamlessly and generates pipeline.

  • Driving Partner & Sales Success: You will act as the cross-functional glue that builds exceptional sales enablement assets and co-branded partner tools. By managing external vendors, agencies, and inbound pipelines, you bring ultimate structure and forward momentum to a rapidly scaling team.

  • Tech-Savvy: You have deep, hands-on fluency in HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation CRMs) for list management and email campaigns, paired with strong instincts for leveraging AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to accelerate your research and content iteration. Bonus points if you have design chops in Canva, Figma, or Adobe.

  • Your Home Office: You operate with maximum self-direction from a dedicated remote workstation equipped with a reliable internet connection and a work device running at least Windows 10 with a minimum of 16GB of RAM.

Skills Required

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across email, social, newsletters, and long-form content
  • Proven experience owning editorial calendars and driving content strategy
  • Executive ghostwriting and LinkedIn thought leadership experience
  • Experience designing and executing webinars, roundtables, virtual events, including invite sequences and run-of-show logistics
  • Experience creating sales enablement and co-branded partner assets and managing external vendors/agencies
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation CRM for list management and email campaigns
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research and content iteration
  • Design skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Dedicated remote workstation with reliable internet and a device running Windows 10 with at least 16GB RAM
  • Ability to operate in agile, fast-moving environments and collaborate directly with executives
