Stopping the Scroll: Turn long-form webinars, coaching sessions, and talking-head videos into highly engaging, perfectly formatted short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that instantly grab attention and showcase expert authority.
Owning the Calendar: Fully manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms, writing platform-specific captions and keeping the brand's online presence consistently active and engaging.
Optimizing the Funnel: Maintain and update ClickFunnels pages, ensuring that landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms function seamlessly to turn viewers into prospects.
Nurturing the Community: Drive deep audience engagement by monitoring comments and DMs daily, segmenting email campaigns, and smoothly guiding prospects into the correct product channels.
RequirementsIs This You?
A Creative Self-Starter: You have 1-2+ years of digital marketing or content repurposing experience (ideally supporting creators or online coaches) and can independently turn a single video into a week's worth of content.
An Instinctive Visual Storyteller: You naturally understand what makes a winning short-form video clip, possessing a strong attention to detail and a clean design sense for creating on-brand visual assets.
A Strategic Partner: You thrive on high-touch alignment, providing consistent updates independently and showing up ready to collaborate rather than just checking off standard chores.
Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with digital marketing tools like Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels, and possess deep social media proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Your Home Office: You have a reliable, distraction-free remote work setup (BYOD) and possess the flexibility to comfortably support North American Eastern to Pacific time zones.

Skills Required
- 1-2+ years digital marketing or content repurposing experience (supporting creators or online coaches preferred)
- Ability to turn a single long-form video into a week's worth of short-form content
- Strong short-form video storytelling instincts and clean on-brand design sense
- Proficiency with Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels
- Deep social media proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Experience managing and scheduling content calendars and writing platform-specific captions
- Experience maintaining and optimizing ClickFunnels landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms
- Daily community engagement: monitoring comments and DMs and guiding prospects into product channels
